Gin Tasting

Rich in biodiversity and untouched natural beauty, you will discover a range of different endemic gins to choose from with views of the mountains. As you arrive, you're greeted by the gentle sea breeze and the soothing sound of waves crashing on the reef, and the air is fragrant with the island's unique flora.

Walk through your tasting with our guide, sharing insights about the distillation process, the origins of the botanicals, and the history of our company. As you taste each gin, we'll suggest garnish pairings and some bites to enjoy the experience.

Our rare and immersive Perfumery sensory experience is also available throughout the tasting experience. Explore the aromas featuring ethically harvested hydrosols made from endemic island botanicals. Let your senses lead you—from the bold flavour notes of wild-foraged gin to the delicate aroma of native floral distillates. A celebration of place, purity, and craft unlike any other.

Throughout the event, you'll engage in conversation with fellow enthusiasts, sharing impressions and learning from each other. We encourage questions, turning the tasting into an interactive and educational experience.
